Cocktail - Apres Zombie

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Old J Dark Rum
  • 35ml Old J Silver Rum
  • 25ml Old J Cherry Rum
  • 20ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 15ml Monin Falernum
  • 15ml Pineapple Juice
  • 5ml Cinnamon Gomme
  • Splash of Grenadine

GARNISH

  • Half Fresh Passionfruit (can substitute with small pineapple wedge if out of stock)
  • Big Green Pineapple Leaf

METHOD

  1. Half fill the blender cup with ice for 1 zombie or fill to the brim with ice for 2 zombies
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender
  3. Give a couple of quick 5 second blitz
  4. Pour contents into a Tiki mug (it should be like a slush puppy texture)
  5. Garnish by floating a half passionfruit on top
  6. Finish by sticking a pineapple leaf out the top of the glass.
  7. Add a fat clear straw as it drinks like a slushy
