Cocktail - Aperol Spritz

INGREDIENTS

• 100ml Prosecco
• 50ml Aperol
• Splash of soda (MAKE SURE SODA IS FRESH AND FIZZY)

GARNISH

• Wheel or a couple of slices of orange

METHOD

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes
2. Add the prosecco first
3. Add the Aperol
4. Garnish with the orange and a big straw
