Cocktail - El Diablo

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Tequila
  • 15ml Creme de Mure
  • 1/2 Lime
  • Ginger Beer

GARNISH

  • Slice of Lime

METHOD

  1. Squeeze the half lime into the bottom of a patterned highball glass and drop the spent shell in too.
  2. Add the tequila and creme de mure
  3. Throw in plenty of cubed ice and give it all a good stir
  4. Top up nearly to the top with ginger beer and add more ice and a wedge of lime
  5. Add a straw and let the customer stir to mix.
