Cocktail - El Diablo
- 30ml Tequila
- 15ml Creme de Mure
- 1/2 Lime
- Ginger Beer
- Squeeze the half lime into the bottom of a patterned highball glass and drop the spent shell in too.
- Add the tequila and creme de mure
- Throw in plenty of cubed ice and give it all a good stir
- Top up nearly to the top with ginger beer and add more ice and a wedge of lime
- Add a straw and let the customer stir to mix.
