INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Hendricks Gin
- 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10ml Raspberry Syrup
- Ginger Beer
GARNISH
- Raspberry
- Lime Wedge or Slice
METHOD
- Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes
- Build all the ingredients over the ice
- Churn and serve with a raspberry and slice of lime
