Cocktail - Hugo
<BACK TO COCKTAIL LIST>
INGREDIENTS
- 125ml Prosecco
- 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
- Splash of soda
- approx. 10 x mint leavers
GARNISH
- Wheel or a couple of slices of lime
METHOD
- Add mint leaves and a scoop of ice to a large wine glass
- Give them a little muddle to release the mint
- Add elderflower liqueur with a splash of soda
- Top up with the prosecco
- Give it all a quick stir and garnish with a couple of slices of lime
