Cocktail - Hugo

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml Prosecco
  • 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • Splash of soda
  • approx. 10 x mint leavers

GARNISH

  • Wheel or a couple of slices of lime

METHOD

  1. Add mint leaves and a scoop of ice to a large wine glass
  2. Give them a little muddle to release the mint
  3. Add elderflower liqueur with a splash of soda
  4. Top up with the prosecco
  5. Give it all a quick stir and garnish with a couple of slices of lime
