Cocktail - Little Red Jacket

EQUIPMENT

• Shaker
• Collins or highball glass
• Strainer
• Sieve
• Muddler

INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Jagermeister
• 15ml Aperol
• 7.5ml Yellow Chartreuse
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 2 whole strawberries
• Soda

GARNISH

• Strawberry/Lemon flag

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker
2. Muddle and mash the strawberries in the bottom of the shaker
3. Add ice to your shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds.
4. Add ice to your highball glass and add a dash of soda over the ice
5. Next, double strain the cocktail mixture over the ice and top up with soda
6. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon flag placed in the top of the glass
