Cocktail - Longsands Spiced Mai Tai

INGREIDENTS

  • 25ml Old J Silver
  • 25ml Old J Dark Rum
  • 12.5ml Orange Curacao
  • 25ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 8ml Falernum
  • 8ml Gomme

GARNISH

  • Pineapple Wedge
  • Pineapple Leaf
  • Cherry
  • Splash of Tiki Fire Rum

METHOD

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice (to the brim)
  2. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into the rocks glass then cap with a scoop of crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with the pineapple and cherry (they should sit nicely on top of the crushed ice if you have filled the glass enough)
  4. Finish by floating a splash of Tiki Fire on top
