Cocktail - Longsands Spiced Mai Tai

INGREIDENTS
- 25ml Old J Silver
- 25ml Old J Dark Rum
- 12.5ml Orange Curacao
- 25ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 8ml Falernum
- 8ml Gomme
GARNISH
- Pineapple Wedge
- Pineapple Leaf
- Cherry
- Splash of Tiki Fire Rum
METHOD
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice (to the brim)
- Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into the rocks glass then cap with a scoop of crushed ice.
- Garnish with the pineapple and cherry (they should sit nicely on top of the crushed ice if you have filled the glass enough)
- Finish by floating a splash of Tiki Fire on top
