Cocktail - Sherry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Dry Oloroso Sherry
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 25ml Grapefruit or Pineapple Juice (whichever is open)
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries

GARNISH

  • Sprig of mint
  • Striped Straw (Cut down to fit glass)

METHOD

  1. Full a CURVED TUMBLER with CRUSHED ICE
  2. Add all of the ingredients
  3. Give it a good stir and top up with more crushed ice
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a paper straw (cut the straw down to fit the glass if needed)
