Cocktail - Sherry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dry Oloroso Sherry
- 20ml Gomme
- 25ml Grapefruit or Pineapple Juice (whichever is open)
- 4 Fresh Raspberries
GARNISH
- Sprig of mint
- Striped Straw (Cut down to fit glass)
METHOD
- Full a CURVED TUMBLER with CRUSHED ICE
- Add all of the ingredients
- Give it a good stir and top up with more crushed ice
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a paper straw (cut the straw down to fit the glass if needed)
