Cocktail - Surfer on Acid

EQUIPMENT
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Rocks Glass
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Jagermeister
- 30ml Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Orgeat
- 15ml Lime Juice
GARNISH
- Large Pineapple Leaf
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with a couple of scoops of ice
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Strain the mixture into the rocks glass over the ice.
- Finish by inserting the pineapple leaf into the glass
