Cocktails - Rum Swizzle

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Jamaican Rum
  • 100ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice (about half a lime)
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 2 dashes Angustora Bitters

GARNISH

  • Fresh Mint
  • Slice of Lime

METHOD

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a CURVED TUMBLER then fill with CRUSHED ICE
  2. Cut a striped straw in half and swizzle the mixture for 10 seconds then cap with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.
