Cocktails - Rum Swizzle

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jamaican Rum
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Lime Juice (about half a lime)
- 20ml Gomme
- 2 dashes Angustora Bitters
GARNISH
- Fresh Mint
- Slice of Lime
METHOD
- Add all of the ingredients to a CURVED TUMBLER then fill with CRUSHED ICE
- Cut a striped straw in half and swizzle the mixture for 10 seconds then cap with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.
