Christmas FAQ 2024

Christmas is fast approaching and we have some important stuff that you should know!  So here it is... our 2024 Christmas FAQ's!

1) Can I Click & Collect?

Yes you can! We call it Store Pickup.  You can choose either Shipping or Pickup when you are in the shopping cart.  If you choose pickup you need to then select pick up from our North Shields store. Once it's ready for pickup you'll get an email notification.  Remember to bring your email as proof when you come to collect.

2) Can I get Free Delivery?

Yes you can! You just have to spend over £50 total to be eligible. 

3) I'm buying a gift, what if they don't like it or it doesn't fit?

We're pretty sure they'll like it!  But if they need to return for any reason they have until the 15th of January 2025 on anything purchased between November 1st 2024 and December 15th 2024.  Items purchased after the 15th are subject to the standard 30 day return period.

For valid returns just make sure it's in the same condition it was purchased and it still has its tags.  You can return by post or by popping into one of our stores and we'll refund or exchange for you.  It's best to contact us on info@longsandsclothing.co.uk if you want an exchange as we can arrange to deliver to a store from our warehouse if the item you want isn't in store.

4) The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Short answer...it wont be back in stock.  If you really really want it we advise you buy it now!  We are at the stage now where we can't guarantee any more stock before Christmas.

5) I've left it really late, can I still order?

Our cut-off point for online orders to be delivered before Xmas is Sunday 15th December, this includes Click & Collect orders.  After that you can place an order but there's no guarantee it will get to you before Xmas - although we'll try our best!  You will of course still be able to buy in-store up to Xmas Eve and if you have left it really really late you can always buy an electronic gift card on Christmas Day...but that would be VERY NAUGHTY!

6) Can I use my gift card at the bar?

You can use our clothing gift cards at the bar to buy clothing, however they are not valid for any food or drinks. We now have new gift cards that can be used on food and drinks!
