Christmas is fast approaching and we have some important stuff we think you should know!  So here it is...our Xmas FAQ's

1) What is the new Essentials Range?

Over the years we have tried to move our new styles to eco-friendly and organic materials.  This has seen an increase in cost and therefore our selling price has increased.  We have introduced an Essentials range of non-organic products so that our customers have more options when it comes to buying gifts, especially under the current economic situation.

2) Can I Click & Collect?

Yes you can! We call it Store Pickup.  You can choose either Shippng or Pickup when you are in the shopping cart.  If you choose pickup you will then get the option of our North Shields or Morpeth stores.  Once its ready for pickup you'll get an email notification.  Remember to bring your email as proof when you come to collect.

3) Can I get Free Delivery?

Yes you can!  You just have to spend over £50. 

4) I'm buying a gift, what if they don't like it or it doesn't fit?

We're pretty sure they'll like it!  But if they need to return for any reason they have until the end of January 2023 on anything purchased from October 1st 2022.  Just make sure its in the same condition it was purchased and it still has its tags.  You can return by post or by popping into one of our stores and we'll refund or exchange for you.  It's best to contact us on if you want an exchange as we can arrange to deliver to a store from our warehouse if the item you want isn't in store.

5) The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Short wont be back in stock.  If you really really want it we advise you buy it now!  We are at the stage now where we can't guarantee any more stock before Christmas.  Supply chains around the world have been crushed by COVID and it's still effecting our shelves today.  Most of the Essential Range will be available all year round as we restock these products regularly but they are still affected by the supply chain issues.

6) I've left it really late, can I still order?

Our cut-off point for online orders to be delivered before Xmas is Friday 16th December, this includes Click & Collect orders.  After that you can place an order but there's no guarantee it will get to you before Xmas - although we'll try our best!  You will of course still be able to buy in-store up to Xmas Eve and if you have left it really really late you can always buy an electronic gift card on Christmas Day...but that would be VERY NAUGHTY!

7) Can I use my gift card at the bar?

Our gift cards are fantastic!  You can use them online or in-store to purchase clothing.  Or you can use them at either of our Apres Cafe-Bar venues to buy food and drinks.  So what will it be....a night out at Apres or a night in with a super cosy Longsands hoody and lounge pants?
