Cocktail - Northern Bramble

INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Arber Gin
- 20ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Gomme
- 15ml Creme de Mure
GARNISH
- 2 x Raspberries or Blackberries
- Lemon Slice
METHOD
- Fill a 'tattoo' rocks glass to the brim with crushed ice
- Build the Gin, Lemon Juice and Gomme over the crushed ice
- Cap the glass with a scoop of crushed ice so it creates a mountain of ice on top
- Sit the raspberries and lemon on top
- Pour the Creme de Mure straight from the bottle over the top so it bleeds down through the ice. TIP: Do this last so the customer can watch it bleed! If doing table service take the bottle to the customers table and pour it in front of them.
