Cocktail - Singapour Sling

EQUIPMENT

  • Shaker
  • Vintage Highball Glass

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 30ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Benedictine
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • Drizzle of Cherry Heering Liqueur
  • Soda Water

GARNISH

  • Luxury Cherries
  • Paper Umbrella

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the Heering and Soda, to a shaker with a scoop of crushed ice
  2. Do a light 'whip' shake for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture straight into your large highball glass
  4. Top up the glass with crushed ice
  5. Add a splash of soda 
  6. Pour over a drizzle of Cherry Heering Liqueur 
  7. Garnish with 2 cherry's skewered on an umbrella
