Cocktail - Singapour Sling

EQUIPMENT
- Shaker
- Vintage Highball Glass
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Tanqueray Gin
- 30ml Triple Sec
- 15ml Benedictine
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Drizzle of Cherry Heering Liqueur
- Soda Water
GARNISH
- Luxury Cherries
- Paper Umbrella
METHOD
- Add all ingredients, except for the Heering and Soda, to a shaker with a scoop of crushed ice
- Do a light 'whip' shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour the mixture straight into your large highball glass
- Top up the glass with crushed ice
- Add a splash of soda
- Pour over a drizzle of Cherry Heering Liqueur
- Garnish with 2 cherry's skewered on an umbrella
